Assign each item to one or more scales. One questionnaire can produce five separate scores — the Big Five demo does exactly that.

The same answer can be worth 3 on one item and 0 on another. The Rosenberg demo uses this; no formula language to learn.

Do I have to pay to use PTest?
No. The core plugin is free on WordPress.org and it really works on its own: you build a test, it scores by scale, applies your result conditions and shows the participant a real interpretation. Pro adds norm tables and T-scores, the statistics dashboard, PDF reports and result e-mails.
Is it a subscription?
No. It is a one-time payment for a lifetime licence on one site. There is no renewal and no recurring fee.
What does "one site" mean exactly?
Your licence key is bound to the first domain it is activated on. Moving from a staging domain to your live one is normal and we will release the binding for you — just write to us. If you run several separate sites, each needs its own licence.
What happens to my tests if the licence stops working?
Nothing is deleted. Your tests, results and norm tables stay exactly where they are. The Pro layer simply is not applied: raw scale scores and result conditions keep working. Reactivating restores the previous output.
Can I try it first?
Yes, in two ways. Install the free version on your own site, or open the live demo and sign into the admin panel with user demo / password demo. The demo resets every hour, so you cannot break anything.
Can I get a refund?
If you change your mind within 14 days and the licence has not been activated on a domain, you get a full refund, no questions asked. See the refund policy for what happens after activation.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer for now. Once the transfer is confirmed your licence key and download appear in your account and are e-mailed to you. Card payment is planned.
Do you send my clients' data anywhere?
No. Test content, answers and results never leave your own site. The only thing that talks to us is the licence check, which sends the licence key and your domain — nothing else.
