This policy explains what happens to personal data on this website — the site where PTest Pro is sold. It does not describe what the PTest plugin does on your site once you install it; there, you are the data controller.

Who is responsible

What we collect and why

  • Account data (name, e-mail address) — to give you access to your licence keys and downloads.
  • Order data (billing details, order contents, order number) — to fulfil the sale and to meet accounting and tax obligations.
  • Licence activation data (licence key, the domain it is activated on, activation time) — to enforce the one-site licence and to deliver updates.
  • Technical data (IP address, browser, cookies) — to keep the cart and login session working and to protect against abuse.
  • Correspondence — if you e-mail us, we keep the thread so we can follow up.

Payments

Payment is currently taken by bank transfer. We never see or store your card details. Your bank processes the transfer under its own privacy terms; we only record that an order was paid.

Licence server

Licence keys are issued and verified by our licence service. When your site checks its licence, the licence key and the site’s domain are transmitted to that service. No test content, no client data and no results ever leave your site as part of this.

Who else sees your data

Our hosting provider stores the site and its database on our behalf. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by tax law. Account and licence records are kept while your licence is in use. Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for support, then deleted.

Cookies

This site sets only functional cookies: a session cookie for the shopping cart and checkout, and a login cookie if you sign in. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

You may ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted where we are not legally required to keep it, and object to processing. Write to info@mcspsikoloji.com and we will respond within the statutory period. Under Turkish law (KVKK art. 11) and, where it applies to you, the GDPR, you also have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
