Refund and Returns Policy

Try before you buy

The best protection against a bad purchase is not a refund — it is knowing what you are getting. The core plugin is free on WordPress.org, and there is a live demo site where you can take a test, sign in to the admin panel (user demo, password demo) and look around before you spend anything.

14-day refund

If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase and your licence key has not yet been activated on a domain, we will refund you in full, no questions asked. Because activation is recorded by the licence service, this is something we can both verify.

After activation

Once a licence has been activated, we still want you to be treated fairly. If the plugin does not work as described on your site and we cannot fix it for you within a reasonable time, write to us and we will refund the purchase. What we cannot refund is a working product that simply turned out not to suit your workflow — which is exactly what the free version and the demo are there to help you find out first.

How to request a refund

E-mail info@mcspsikoloji.com with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong. We aim to reply within one business day.

How the money is returned

Refunds are made to the same bank account the payment came from, normally within 14 days of us approving the request. Any bank transfer fees charged by your own bank are outside our control.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy reduces the rights you have by law. Under Turkish distance-selling rules and, where it applies to you, EU consumer law, digital content delivered immediately with your express consent can fall outside the standard right of withdrawal — the policy above is what we offer regardless of that, and it is more generous than the strict minimum.
